My family and I just got back from an incredible 4-day safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve with Crystal, wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, our guide Robert made sure everything was fantastic.

I can only compliment Crystal Voyage for their professionalism, patience and customer service.The staff in the main office are logistical masterminds and made everything connect smoothly, while my tour guide was sincerely invested in making my day a memorable experience. Although, as much as he searched, the tiger never appeared, I enjoyed a most beautiful experience during the safari. Thank you very much to Crystal Tours.

Crystal booked my accommodations with Serena Hotels in Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Lake Elementaita complete with full-board for two people. Grace was my contact and she was fabulous. I have never wired money before and she was available for all my questions (and problems) even with the time difference. She walked me through and communicated with me to ensure everything was completed correctly. The Serena Hotel chain is beautiful but our schedule needed a little flexibility… especially on meals. Grace was very happy to work with the hotel in Amboseli to make changes to our schedule. (Instead of having lunch the first day, we received a credit and had lunch on our last day there.) We also were able to get a packed lunch in Lake Elementaita. If you want a very nice hotel with great views, good food, and nice service, choose Serena. The staff are so nice and welcoming, no request is too much for them to assist with. I am not sure if it was Crystal’s magic but while there I got to check off three things on my bucket list. In Amboseli, we found Craig, the majestic bull elephant, and the clouds cleared and I was able to see the mountain. It was a perfect ending to a pretty spectacular trip. His expertise and keen eye for spotting animals allowed us to witness a breathtaking array of wildlife, including the majestic Big Five. His passion for conservation and his respect for the natural world were truly inspiring.

The Sarova Mara Game Camp was an oasis of comfort and luxury in the heart of the wilderness. Our tented accommodation offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern conveniences, allowing us to relax in comfort while being surrounded by the raw beauty of nature. The staff at the camp were exceptionally hospitable, making us feel at home with their attentive service and warm smiles.

Our safari in the Maasai Mara was a dream come true, and the memories of this incredible journey will stay with us forever.
